I slept well last night and so long because I slept at 8PM I believe and woke up in between to pee, and at 1AM I was really awake because of the cockroach that I tried to kill but I didn't kill him, so I slept total of 8 hours I believe... but the rest is good for me because I am fasting water only.

1 But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. 2 For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3 heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, 4 treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people. 6 For among them are those who creep into households and capture weak women, burdened with sins and led astray by various passions, 7 always learning and never able to arrive at a knowledge of the truth. 8 Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so these men also oppose the truth, men corrupted in mind and disqualified regarding the faith. 9 But they will not get very far, for their folly will be plain to all, as was that of those two men.

“Strike the capitals until the thresholds shake, and shatter them on the heads of all the people;[b]
and those who are left of them I will kill with the sword; not one of them shall flee away;
not one of them shall escape.
2 “If they dig into Sheol, from there shall my hand take them; if they climb up to heaven,
from there I will bring them down.
3 If they hide themselves on the top of Carmel, from there I will search them out and take them;
and if they hide from my sight at the bottom of the sea, there I will command the serpent, and it shall bite them.
4 And if they go into captivity before their enemies, there I will command the sword, and it shall kill them; and I will fix my eyes upon them for evil and not for good.”
5 The Lord God of hosts, he who touches the earth and it melts,
and all who dwell in it mourn, and all of it rises like the Nile,
and sinks again, like the Nile of Egypt;
6 who builds his upper chambers in the heavens and founds his vault upon the earth;
who calls for the waters of the sea and pours them out upon the surface of the earth—
the Lord is his name.
7 “Are you not like the Cushites to me, O people of Israel?” declares the Lord.
“Did I not bring up Israel from the land of Egypt, and the Philistines from Caphtor and the Syrians from Kir?
8 Behold, the eyes of the Lord God are upon the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from the surface of the ground, except that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob,” declares the Lord.
9 “For behold, I will command, and shake the house of Israel among all the nations
as one shakes with a sieve, but no pebble shall fall to the earth.
10 All the sinners of my people shall die by the sword, who say, ‘Disaster shall not overtake or meet us.’
The Restoration of Israel
11 “In that day I will raise up the booth of David that is fallen and repair its breaches,
and raise up its ruins and rebuild it as in the days of old,
12 that they may possess the remnant of Edom and all the nations who are called by my name,”[c]
declares the Lord who does this.
13 “Behold, the days are coming,” declares the Lord, “when the plowman shall overtake the reaper
and the treader of grapes him who sows the seed; the mountains shall drip sweet wine,
and all the hills shall flow with it.
14 I will restore the fortunes of my people Israel, and they shall rebuild the ruined cities and inhabit them; they shall plant vineyards and drink their wine, and they shall make gardens and eat their fruit.
15 I will plant them on their land, and they shall never again be uprooted out of the land that I have given them,” says the Lord your God.

Observation
In Amos GOD seeks to destroy the people HE built up because of their disobedience and sins against HIM that they have continued to rebel against HIS WORD, not seeking HIM or following HIS ordinances. But in the same chapter, GOD promises to also rebuild what HE will destroy because HE will not destroy them completely, HE only wants to punish those that are sinning but will revive and repair the ruins and rebuild the old. The LORD seeks to bless HIS people and HE is promising them such blessings, as long as they will seek GOD and obey HIM. The book of Timothy, GOD writes how the evil in this world will be more prevalent, and how it will be more difficult for us who dwell in the world in the last days, and Paul warns Timothy in this passage that those who seek to follow GOD will suffer persecution in the last days, while evil people will go from bad to worse.
Application
I see GOD's heart that HE is so emotional and deeply moved by HIS people and whatever they do on earth, will be accounted for by HIM. HE hates evil and if HIS people does evil, HE will never let them get away with it. I believe GOD is not just talking about HIS people Israel, but GOD loves and cares for all HIS creation, we are all HIS, but those who are called by HIM are indeed special to HIM so that HE punishes them when they are not obeying HIM. The Church is GOD's people, but the disobedient and the rebellious will suffer GOD's wrath in the end because HE has been calling them just the same as GOD has called HIS church who are now responding to HIS call. In the end, GOD will also punish the ones who rejected HIM they are called the World, the Bible accounts where GOD will destroy the world in the book of Revelations in the end of days, but will create a new heavens and new earth for the people who follow and obey HIM, and that is us HIS church, for we are HIS bride

Dear AVI,
Blessed are YOU O LORD YESHUA GOD Almighty, HOLY HOLY HOLY, KING of Glory!!! O LORD GOD have mercy on us all, and I pray that I will always respond to YOU and heed YOUR word and YOUR Truth and follow YOU, I pray that my husband whom YOU have chosen for me is as obedient, as devoted to YOU as I am O GOD, I pray that together we will both serve YOU and love YOU and seek YOU diligently. I pray O GOD that YOU help me to be patient with my parents and my family, help us O GOD, to always obey YOU. LORD, I am having hard time on earth but YOU are my strength, and I will only live because YOU make me live. Without YOU O GOD, I am nothing!
