Torah Parshat Bereishit, 7th Portion (Bereshit (Genesis) 5:25-6:8)
Isaiah 42:1-43:10
Complete Jewish Bible
1 “Here is my servant, whom I support, my chosen one, in whom I take pleasure.
I have put my Spirit on him; he will bring justice to the Goyim.
2 He will not cry or shout; no one will hear his voice in the streets.
3 He will not snap off a broken reed or snuff out a smoldering wick.
He will bring forth justice according to truth;
4 he will not weaken or be crushed until he has established justice on the earth,
and the coastlands wait for his Torah.”
5 Thus says God, Adonai, who created the heavens and spread them out,
who stretched out the earth and all that grows from it, who gives breath to the people on it
and spirit to those who walk on it:
6 “I, Adonai, called you righteously, I took hold of you by the hand,
I shaped you and made you a covenant for the people, to be a light for the Goyim,
7 so that you can open blind eyes, free the prisoners from confinement,
those living in darkness from the dungeon.
8 I am Adonai; that is my name. I yield my glory to no one else, nor my praise to any idol.
9 See how the former predictions come true; and now new things do I declare —
before they sprout I tell you about them.”
10 Sing to Adonai a new song! Let his praise be sung from the ends of the earth
by those sailing the sea and by everything in it, by the coastlands and those living there.
11 Let the desert and its cities raise their voices, the villages where Kedar lives;
let those living in Sela shout for joy; let them cry out from the mountaintops!
12 Let them give glory to Adonai and proclaim his praise in the coastlands.
13 Adonai will go out like a soldier, like a soldier roused to the fury of battle;
he will shout, yes, he raises the battle cry; as he triumphs over his foes.
14 “For a long time I have held my peace, I have been silent, restrained myself.
Now I will shriek like a woman in labor, panting and gasping for air.
15 I will devastate mountains and hills, wither all their vegetation,
turn the rivers into islands and dry up the lakes.
16 The blind I will lead on a road they don’t know, on roads they don’t know I will lead them;
I will turn darkness to light before them, and straighten their twisted paths.
These are things I will do without fail.
17 Those who trust in idols, who say to statues, ‘You are our gods,’ will be repulsed in utter shame.
18 Listen, you deaf! Look, you blind! — so that you will see!
19 Who is as blind as my servant, or as deaf as the messenger I send?
Who is as blind as the one I rewarded, as blind as the servant of Adonai?”
20 You see much but don’t pay attention; you open your ears, but you don’t listen.
21 Adonai was pleased, for his righteousness’ sake, to make the Torah great and glorious.
22 But this is a people pillaged and plundered, all trapped in holes and sequestered in prisons.
They are there to be plundered, with no one to rescue them; there to be pillaged, and no one says, “Return them!”
23 Which of you will listen to this? Who will hear and give heed in the times to come?
24 Who gave Ya‘akov to be pillaged, Isra’el to the plunderers? Didn’t Adonai, against whom we have sinned, in whose ways they refused to walk, he whose Torah they did not obey?
25 This is why he poured on him his blazing anger as well as the fury of battle —
it wrapped him in flames, yet he learned nothing; it burned him, yet he did not take it to heart.

Revelation 21:1-5
Complete Jewish Bible
1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth,[a] for the old heaven and the old earth had passed away, and the sea was no longer there. 2 Also I saw the holy city, New Yerushalayim, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared like a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3 I heard a loud voice from the throne say, “See! God’s Sh’khinah is with mankind, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and he himself, God-with-them, will be their God.[b] 4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. There will no longer be any death; and there will no longer be any mourning, crying or pain; because the old order has passed away.”
5 Then the One sitting on the throne said, “Look! I am making everything new!” Also he said, “Write, ‘These words are true and trustworthy!’”
Revelation 22:1-5
Complete Jewish Bible
1 Next the angel showed me the river of the water of life, sparkling like crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb. 2 Between the main street and the river was the Tree of Life producing twelve kinds of fruit, a different kind every month; and the leaves of the tree were for healing the nations — 3 no longer will there be any curses. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will worship him; 4 they will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. 5 Night will no longer exist, so they will need neither the light of a lamp nor the light of the sun, because Adonai, God, will shine upon them. And they will reign as kings forever and ever.

Qualifications for Overseers
1 The saying is trustworthy: If anyone aspires to the office of overseer, he desires a noble task. 2 Therefore an overseer[a] must be above reproach, the husband of one wife,[b] sober-minded, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, 3 not a drunkard, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money. 4 He must manage his own household well, with all dignity keeping his children submissive, 5 for if someone does not know how to manage his own household, how will he care for God's church? 6 He must not be a recent convert, or he may become puffed up with conceit and fall into the condemnation of the devil. 7 Moreover, he must be well thought of by outsiders, so that he may not fall into disgrace, into a snare of the devil.
Qualifications for Deacons
8 Deacons likewise must be dignified, not double-tongued,[c] not addicted to much wine, not greedy for dishonest gain. 9 They must hold the mystery of the faith with a clear conscience. 10 And let them also be tested first; then let them serve as deacons if they prove themselves blameless. 11 Their wives likewise[d] must be dignified, not slanderers, but sober-minded, faithful in all things. 12 Let deacons each be the husband of one wife, managing their children and their own households well. 13 For those who serve well as deacons gain a good standing for themselves and also great confidence in the faith that is in Christ Jesus.
The Mystery of Godliness
14 I hope to come to you soon, but I am writing these things to you so that, 15 if I delay, you may know how one ought to behave in the household of God, which is the church of the living God, a pillar and buttress of the truth. 16 Great indeed, we confess, is the mystery of godliness:
He[e] was manifested in the flesh, vindicated[f] by the Spirit,[g]
seen by angels, proclaimed among the nations, believed on in the world, taken up in glory.

58 I entreat your favor with all my heart; be gracious to me according to your promise.
59 When I think on my ways, I turn my feet to your testimonies;
60 I hasten and do not delay to keep your commandments.
61 Though the cords of the wicked ensnare me, I do not forget your law.
62 At midnight I rise to praise you, because of your righteous rules.
63 I am a companion of all who fear you, of those who keep your precepts.
64 The earth, O Lord, is full of your steadfast love; teach me your statutes!

Genesis 5:25-6:8
Complete Jewish Bible
(vii) 25 Metushelach lived 187 years and fathered Lemekh. 26 After Lemekh was born, Metushelach lived 782 years and had sons and daughters. 27 In all, Metushelach lived 969 years; then he died.
28 Lemekh lived 182 years and fathered a son, 29 whom he called Noach [restful]; for he said, “This one will comfort us in our labor, in the hard work we do with our hands [to get what comes] from the ground that Adonai cursed.” 30 After Noach was born, Lemekh lived 595 years and had sons and daughters. 31 In all, Lemekh lived 777 years; then he died.
32 Noach was 500 years old; and Noach fathered Shem, Ham and Yefet.
Genesis 6
1 In time, when men began to multiply on earth, and daughters were born to them, 2 the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were attractive; and they took wives for themselves, whomever they chose. 3 Adonai said, “My Spirit will not live in human beings forever, for they too are flesh; therefore their life span is to be 120 years.” 4 The N’filim were on the earth in those days, and also afterwards, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them; these were the ancient heroes, men of renown.
(Maftir) 5 Adonai saw that the people on earth were very wicked, that all the imaginings of their hearts were always of evil only. 6 Adonai regretted that he had made humankind on the earth; it grieved his heart. 7 Adonai said, “I will wipe out humankind, whom I have created, from the whole earth; and not only human beings, but animals, creeping things and birds in the air; for I regret that I ever made them.” 8 But Noach found grace in the sight of Adonai.

1 But now this is what Adonai says, he who created you, Ya‘akov,
he who formed you, Isra’el: “Don’t be afraid, for I have redeemed you;
I am calling you by your name; you are mine.
2 When you pass through water, I will be with you; when you pass through rivers, they will not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire, you will not be scorched —the flame will not burn you.
3 For I am Adonai, your God, the Holy One of Isra’el, your Savior — I have given Egypt as your ransom, Ethiopia and S’va for you.
4 Because I regard you as valued and honored, and because I love you.
For you I will give people, nations in exchange for your life.
5 Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. I will bring your descendants from the east,
and I will gather you from the west;
6 I will say to the north, ‘Give them up!’ and to the south, ‘Don’t hold them back!
Bring my sons from far away, and my daughters from the ends of the earth,

8 Bring forward the people who are blind but have eyes, also the deaf who have ears.
9 All the nations are gathered together, and the peoples are assembled.
Who among them can proclaim this and reveal what happened in the past?

21 submitting to one another out of reverence for Christ.
Wives and Husbands
22 Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. 23 For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is himself its Savior. 24 Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit in everything to their husbands.
25 Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, 26 that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, 27 so that he might present the church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish.[a] 28 In the same way husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. 29 For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ does the church, 30 because we are members of his body. 31 “Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.” 32 This mystery is profound, and I am saying that it refers to Christ and the church.

Observation
In Genesis, GOD chose to favor a man called Noah whom his fathered has named him purposely which means "restful" because he prophesied that in his generation he would comfort his family from all the labor that man toils in the earth that GOD has cursed. And indeed during his time, there was a flood that gave the earth rest from all the evil and wickedness of creation. It is a time of rest of GOD since from the days of the beginning in Creation.
In Isaiah 42, GOD speaks to me through the Haftarah portion that the Rabbis did not include but I know this WORD so well because this is usually the verse that GOD uses to point to me someone HE has chosen. This WORD is confirmed well in Ephesians and Revelations wherein wives have to submit to their husbands, wives ought to learn in silence, for GOD is making a new thing in the last days.
Application
I will rest in GOD and in HIS promises, I will choose to trust and rely in the power of a great GOD and pray for the things that I am waiting for on the LORD while I watch to see HIS promise fulfilled. I believe GOD is doing a reset, a new thing of another beginning in my life, but even though it is new, I see the familiar in the new because GOD has already begun to reveal them to me in the past, 9 See how the former predictions come true; and now new things do I declare —before they sprout I tell you about them.” Before I even saw them today as a new thing, I already saw a glimpse of them in the past. Before they have sprouted in my eyes, I've seen a version of them in the past which is why this new thing GOD is doing, is not completely new to me but familiar. That is why the verses in Isaiah confirm to me the verses in Ephesians 5 and Revelations because GOD is sending this as a message of confirmation of what HE is doing today in my life, what HE is showing me is indeed what HE wants me to understand and follow. As I stayed up all night last night, wrestling with HIM, right now this WORD confirms whatever doubts Imay have about GOD's message to me last night, we cannot argue the WORD, and so today I succumb and surrender to the GOD of Jacob whose limbs were broken because he would not surrender unless GOD blesses him. The final confirmation will indeed show be manifested in the Physical today. As I will be asking GOD for physical signs of HIS confirmation, like a rainbow in the skies, I want everyone to see this promise like a rainbow, GOD's colorful banner over me is love.
Prayers
Dear AVI,
Blessed are YOU O LORD MY GOD ALMIGHTY, the GOD of rest and New Beginnings, Adonai YESHUA KING of the Universe!!! Who gives rest to my weary soul by making a new beginning in my life. O LORD if it's true that this Gregory is indeed YOUR chosen servant, then let his actions and words simply speak as loud as rainbows that can be seen in the skies. I don't care who he is that YOU have chosen, all I care is that YOU have chosen him. I do care about his age so forgive me for not being flexible or trusting of YOU regarding this. I do not want this "ideology" to hinder me from completely following YOU so let YOUR Rainbow be so bright and colorful over me today that YOU have indeed loved me through him. Let him call me, because he already asked for my number for "Business" purpose. Let him serve me, locate me, ask to pick me up to bring me to our conference, let him confess his attraction even today, give me the rest that I need that YOU have promised me today! O GOD yes if indeed I have heard YOU right since last night that I have been wrestling with YOU, then confirm it physically today, YOU know I am already surrendered to YOU! I know he is an obedient man too, but let him want this more than I want it, don't let me wait another second, another month or another year. I am done with waiting! I hate even having to mention to YOU what I want to happen because I should not even have to tell YOU because YOU already know what I want and more than what I need, YOU know me better than me so exceed my expectations and greatest imaginations! Exceed it today today today!!! I am asking YOU let it be today! My rest, my new beginnings, my official reset! But if all of this is a lie, then remove this foolish thought from my heart and mind, just empty me once again because I know how weak and frail I can be, how deceived my heart is and for all YOU know, my heart may be deceiving me once again today. GOD I pray please bless my brother Dean as he celebrates his birthday! May YOU answer his prayers for me to marry the "President" whoever this leader of a man will be. Answer all our prayers today for me. I pray make us all humble and heal us even my parents for all their pain and traumas, heal Manuela Ugaddan I ask, heal all the church members hurting from leadership, let there be supernatural grace. I pray for salvation, deliverance and a grace for Janie Rose Gulfan, Michael Placencia, Raymund Cal, Predo Ordoyo to draw near to YOU and seek YOU and find YOU because YOU control all things. Thank YOU LORD for taking care of my dogs please take care and make them all happy, give wisdom to Kyle and and Anotoine, let them be happy and enjoy their work, because YOUR presence and love surrounds them in our home. Please KING JESUS Have YOUR way in me and in my husband, our families and all that we do and love for YOU deserve all our lives, our hearts, our minds, our love, our devotion, our praises and thanksgiving!
In the Name of YESHUA HaMashiach, King of Glory, Amen!~
