1 But some men came down from Judea and were teaching the brothers, “Unless you are circumcised according to the custom of Moses, you cannot be saved.” 2 And after Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and debate with them, Paul and Barnabas and some of the others were appointed to go up to Jerusalem to the apostles and the elders about this question. 3 So, being sent on their way by the church, they passed through both Phoenicia and Samaria, describing in detail the conversion of the Gentiles, and brought great joy to all the brothers.[a] 4 When they came to Jerusalem, they were welcomed by the church and the apostles and the elders, and they declared all that God had done with them. 5 But some believers who belonged to the party of the Pharisees rose up and said, “It is necessary to circumcise them and to order them to keep the law of Moses.”
6 The apostles and the elders were gathered together to consider this matter. 7 And after there had been much debate, Peter stood up and said to them, “Brothers, you know that in the early days God made a choice among you, that by my mouth the Gentiles should hear the word of the gospel and believe. 8 And God, who knows the heart, bore witness to them, by giving them the Holy Spirit just as he did to us, 9 and he made no distinction between us and them, having cleansed their hearts by faith. 10 Now, therefore, why are you putting God to the test by placing a yoke on the neck of the disciples that neither our fathers nor we have been able to bear? 11 But we believe that we will be saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, just as they will.”
12 And all the assembly fell silent, and they listened to Barnabas and Paul as they related what signs and wonders God had done through them among the Gentiles. 13 After they finished speaking, James replied, “Brothers, listen to me. 14 Simeon has related how God first visited the Gentiles, to take from them a people for his name. 15 And with this the words of the prophets agree, just as it is written,
16 “‘After this I will return, and I will rebuild the tent of David that has fallen;
I will rebuild its ruins, and I will restore it,
17 that the remnant[b] of mankind may seek the Lord,
and all the Gentiles who are called by my name,
says the Lord, who makes these things 18 known from of old.’
19 Therefore my judgment is that we should not trouble those of the Gentiles who turn to God, 20 but should write to them to abstain from the things polluted by idols, and from sexual immorality, and from what has been strangled, and from blood. 21 For from ancient generations Moses has had in every city those who proclaim him, for he is read every Sabbath in the synagogues.”
The Council's Letter to Gentile Believers
22 Then it seemed good to the apostles and the elders, with the whole church, to choose men from among them and send them to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas. They sent Judas called Barsabbas, and Silas, leading men among the brothers, 23 with the following letter: “The brothers, both the apostles and the elders, to the brothers[c] who are of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia, greetings. 24 Since we have heard that some persons have gone out from us and troubled you[d] with words, unsettling your minds, although we gave them no instructions, 25 it has seemed good to us, having come to one accord, to choose men and send them to you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul, 26 men who have risked their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. 27 We have therefore sent Judas and Silas, who themselves will tell you the same things by word of mouth. 28 For it has seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us to lay on you no greater burden than these requirements: 29 that you abstain from what has been sacrificed to idols, and from blood, and from what has been strangled, and from sexual immorality. 30 So when they were sent off, they went down to Antioch, and having gathered the congregation together, they delivered the letter. 31 And when they had read it, they rejoiced because of its encouragement. 32 And Judas and Silas, who were themselves prophets, encouraged and strengthened the brothers with many words. 33 And after they had spent some time, they were sent off in peace by the brothers to those who had sent them.[e] 35 But Paul and Barnabas remained in Antioch, teaching and preaching the word of the Lord, with many others also.
Paul and Barnabas Separate
36 And after some days Paul said to Barnabas, “Let us return and visit the brothers in every city where we proclaimed the word of the Lord, and see how they are.” 37 Now Barnabas wanted to take with them John called Mark. 38 But Paul thought best not to take with them one who had withdrawn from them in Pamphylia and had not gone with them to the work. 39 And there arose a sharp disagreement, so that they separated from each other. Barnabas took Mark with him and sailed away to Cyprus, 40 but Paul chose Silas and departed, having been commended by the brothers to the grace of the Lord. 41 And he went through Syria and Cilicia, strengthening the churches.

19 “‘I know your works, your love and faith and service and patient endurance, and that your latter works exceed the first. 20 But I have this against you, that you tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess and is teaching and seducing my servants to practice sexual immorality and to eat food sacrificed to idols. 21 I gave her time to repent, but she refuses to repent of her sexual immorality. 22 Behold, I will throw her onto a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her I will throw into great tribulation, unless they repent of her works, 23 and I will strike her children dead. 1 Now Joseph had been brought down to Egypt, and Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh, the captain of the guard, an Egyptian, had bought him from the Ishmaelites who had brought him down there. 2 The Lord was with Joseph, and he became a successful man, and he was in the house of his Egyptian master. 3 His master saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord caused all that he did to succeed in his hands. 4 So Joseph found favor in his sight and attended him, and he made him overseer of his house and put him in charge of all that he had. 5 From the time that he made him overseer in his house and over all that he had, the Lord blessed the Egyptian's house for Joseph's sake; the blessing of the Lord was on all that he had, in house and field. 6 So he left all that he had in Joseph's charge, and because of him he had no concern about anything but the food he ate.

Timothy Joins Paul and Silas
1 Paul[a] came also to Derbe and to Lystra. A disciple was there, named Timothy, the son of a Jewish woman who was a believer, but his father was a Greek. 2 He was well spoken of by the brothers[b] at Lystra and Iconium. 3 Paul wanted Timothy to accompany him, and he took him and circumcised him because of the Jews who were in those places, for they all knew that his father was a Greek. 4 As they went on their way through the cities, they delivered to them for observance the decisions that had been reached by the apostles and elders who were in Jerusalem. 5 So the churches were strengthened in the faith, and they increased in numbers daily.
The Macedonian Call

We remained in this city some days. 13 And on the Sabbath day we went outside the gate to the riverside, where we supposed there was a place of prayer, and we sat down and spoke to the women who had come together. 14 One who heard us was a woman named Lydia, from the city of Thyatira, a seller of purple goods, who was a worshiper of God. The Lord opened her heart to pay attention to what was said by Paul. 15 And after she was baptized, and her household as well, she urged us, saying, “If you have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come to my house and stay.” And she prevailed upon us.
Paul and Silas in Prison
16 As we were going to the place of prayer, we were met by a slave girl who had a spirit of divination and brought her owners much gain by fortune-telling. 17 She followed Paul and us, crying out, “These men are servants of the Most High God, who proclaim to you the way of salvation.” 18 And this she kept doing for many days. Paul, having become greatly annoyed, turned and said to the spirit, “I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her.” And it came out that very hour.
19 But when her owners saw that their hope of gain was gone, they seized Paul and Silas and dragged them into the marketplace before the rulers. 20 And when they had brought them to the magistrates, they said, “These men are Jews, and they are disturbing our city. 21 They advocate customs that are not lawful for us as Romans to accept or practice.” 22 The crowd joined in attacking them, and the magistrates tore the garments off them and gave orders to beat them with rods. 23 And when they had inflicted many blows upon them, they threw them into prison, ordering the jailer to keep them safely. 24 Having received this order, he put them into the inner prison and fastened their feet in the stocks.
The Philippian Jailer Converted
25 About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them, 26 and suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken. And immediately all the doors were opened, and everyone's bonds were unfastened. 27 When the jailer woke and saw that the prison doors were open, he drew his sword and was about to kill himself, supposing that the prisoners had escaped. 28 But Paul cried with a loud voice, “Do not harm yourself, for we are all here.” 29 And the jailer[e] called for lights and rushed in, and trembling with fear he fell down before Paul and Silas. 30 Then he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” 31 And they said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.” 32 And they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all who were in his house. 33 And he took them the same hour of the night and washed their wounds; and he was baptized at once, he and all his family. 34 Then he brought them up into his house and set food before them. Observation
GOD is speaking to me regarding the people I am praying for, Acts 16 for Tito Joey, although we have been praying for him to not go to prison, but today the LORD is showing me that even Saints go to prison for doing the works of GOD (Acts 1, and even though he is going to prison for wrong doing, he will still be doing the works of GOD and his time in prison will be giving glory to GOD. Acts 15 was about the Jerusalem Counsel who decided what Gentiles should be required in the laws of GOD, not as strict as the Jewish laws but just 4 laws that should be followed as mandated by the Jerusalem Counsel because saved Gentiles do not have the same requirement with GOD as the Jews and it was during this time that the Council was formed when Gentiles were being saved. Also, in Acts 16:29-33 that to believe in the LORD JESUS and be baptized is all it takes to be saved.
Application
My part is to deliver GOD's message and HIS word to people whom HE loves. I delivered the word to Toni this morning regarding Tito Joey and I will be feeding Michael with GOD's word because I hear the word in the Spirit: Feed my lambs, Take care of my Sheep, Feed my sheep in John 21:15-17
Michael is always talking about Jewish life and ways, but GOD wants him to know these things that we as gentiles can observe and follow Jewish laws but what is important is our intimate relationship with GOD. So I am forwarding these rhema word to him so that he will be fed by the WORD of GOD and be assured and comforted that he did the right thing when he got himself baptized in water because he already believes in the LORD, he is just scared of GOD, unsure if GOD will accept him. But he is not yet made perfect in love, in the LOVE of GOD that is why he is doubting, if GOD will accept him or not and that is why my part is to feed him with the WORD just as Paul spoke the Word of GOD to the jailer and his household and they were saved and baptized.

I bless YOU my GOD and FATHER ALMIGHTY LORD YESHUA KING of the Universe for YOU are great and greatly to be praised!!! O LORD GOD I thank YOU so much for the WORD YOU have given me today greatly encouraging me and making me happy when YOU speak YOUR WORD to YOUR people through me. Please FATHER, bring my mind to the right way, do not allow my mind to be distracted and disturbed by anything but let YOUR WORD remain in my heart and mind, let YOUR Kingdom come and YOUR will be done unto us here on earth as it is in heaven. O GOD, I want to be fully YOURS, to be controlled by YOU completely because I don't want to live in this world by myself, I don't even desire to be in this world, ever since GOD YOU know it, how I always want to come home to YOU but YOU have made me stay for a purpose and a reason and I pray O GOD that YOU use me well while I am on earth and that YOU will do great and amazing things around me and through me as YOU did before, because when I am in the fullness of YOUR Spirit is the only time I have deep joy within me, joy that cannot be compared to anything that the happiness in this world will bring. I want YOUR Presence in my life to be so strong within me, YOUR Shekinah Glory around me O GOD, help me to do my best and to speak YOUR truth everyday. Give me power even as I fast for 3 days O GOD, give me grace, give me power and anoint me to do what YOU have sent me back to Cebu to do. I pray O GOD for Tito Joey to be strong in YOU because YOU are all he has right now and I pray that YOU protect him from being harmed in prison but that YOU anoint him to minister to the people around him O GOD Almighty. Comfort his children and wife and assure them that YOU are in full control O GOD and that all things work together for good for those who love YOU and are called to YOUR purpose O GOD so I thank YOU for what YOU are doing right now and I am receiving messages from YOU and I am not needing food anymore but needing YOUR WORD that feeds my Spirit O GOD sustain me. I pray O GOD, that YOU will be in our midst even as we fellowship and study YOUR WORD, I ask for YOUR presence with us and with me always. I ask YOU to heal Manuela supernaturally completely because I don't want Achi Grace to always be worried about her mom and she is taking care of her husband our Pastor his family and the church and I want her to be happy OGOD, please give supernatural healing to Mom Manuela and to humility and salvation to Raymond Cal and deliverance, please speak to Janie Rose, draw her to YOU O GOD, deliver her from her captivity and even Michael Placencia O GOD, deliver him, help him. Take care LORD of all these people that I pray for. I pray for Mom to be submissive to my Dad and to always respect him, I pray for Dad to be closer to YOU, to know YOU and love YOU. I pray for Dorothy Grace and Matthew Deric to be humble, to work with their hearts, to be grateful, help them LORD to change their attitude about work, make us faithful stewards of YOUR blessings. I pray for Michael Rhys, please GOD speak to him, grant him access to YOUR presence, because that is why JESUS died for us, I pray he will understand how much YOU love him and have called him to be in YOUR Kingdom, to serve YOU and live for YOU. I am at the Office today to be able to meditate on GOD and be rested. I don't know why in this place I have more peace, and I am able to rest. I feel like my home doesn't feel like a home and more of a workplace because it is a place of work but last night I was able to sleep so early so I was able to wake up early as well this morning.
In the office at 12:30 noon, I received Rhys chat about understanding the word that I sent to him early this morning while I had my devotions. So we ended up talking on videe calling because when I replied to his reply he called. And we talked about the WORD that GOD gave me for him. But I felt we needed to talk more because he wanted to talk more and I wanted to tell him more about GOD. And my meeting today with Toni is cancelled because they transferred Joey to Mandaue area. Not realizing I was no longer going to the prison house, I asked GOD if I could meet with Rhys tonight instead of tomorrow night because I felt like GOD was rearranging my schedule so we could meet earlier. And then I saw in my devotional the unticked reading on December 8 which included Jude 1, the scripture we were just reading earlier because I let him read it and I sent that to him on the 8th of December. And with it were the readings of Zechariah 5-8
Zechariah 6 talked about the Branch which I thought was JESUS but his name is Joshua who will be the Branch who will branch out to build the temple of GOD and at first I thought it was the missionary that Matet wanted me to meet.
Zechariah 8:19 GOD reversed the fast to joy, gladness and cheerful feasts, this was the WORD I received to confirm that tonight I shall end the fast to be able to dine with Michael and talk about the WORD who is GOD. There's many things I wanted to share to him and I wanted to give him a big Bible that he can read because he is so old school but I'm not going home to get things, from the office I go straight to Bai Hotel and see his paintings. I pray for the LORD to use me tonight, to speak HIS word and heal his soul.
